Known for his assertive litigation style and strategic thinking, Arnold is committed to protecting his clients’ interests at every stage of a dispute — from pre-litigation negotiation through trial and appeal. He represents companies across industries in a wide range of commercial and business litigation matters — including contract disputes, business torts, and “bet-the-company” cases — where the risks are high and outcomes matter.
Arnold is also an integral member of the firm’s Construction Group, where he regularly advises owners, developers, and contractors on project-related legal issues, contract disputes, risk management, and litigation strategy. He understands the fast-paced, high-risk nature of the construction industry and works proactively with clients to prevent disputes and resolve them efficiently when they arise.
In his role with the firm’s Employment Department, Arnold counsels businesses on employment law compliance, workforce policies, and employment agreements. He has extensive experience handling disputes involving restrictive covenants, discrimination claims, and other sensitive employment issues.

Arnold is an active member of the Bergen County Bar Association and the Justice Morris Pashman American Inn of Court. He also coaches Interscholastic Moot Court teams for Seton Hall Law.
Arnold earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut in 2012, and his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2016. Upon graduation, Arnold was also made a member of The Order of The Coif, an honor society for law school graduates who graduate in the top ten percent of their class.
While in law school, Arnold was an Articles Editor for the Seton Hall Law Review and a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board. As a member of the Moot Court Board, Arnold was a finalist in the Southern Illinois National Health Law Moot Court Competition and a regional champion in the ABA National Moot Court Competition.
