Arnold is a results-driven commercial litigator who helps businesses navigate complex, high-stakes disputes with clarity, confidence, and forceful advocacy. He understands the pressures business leaders face in litigation and focuses on delivering practical, business-aligned solutions that get results.

Experience

Known for his assertive litigation style and strategic thinking, Arnold is committed to protecting his clients’ interests at every stage of a dispute — from pre-litigation negotiation through trial and appeal. He represents companies across industries in a wide range of commercial and business litigation matters — including contract disputes, business torts, and “bet-the-company” cases — where the risks are high and outcomes matter.

Arnold is also an integral member of the firm’s Construction Group, where he regularly advises owners, developers, and contractors on project-related legal issues, contract disputes, risk management, and litigation strategy. He understands the fast-paced, high-risk nature of the construction industry and works proactively with clients to prevent disputes and resolve them efficiently when they arise.

In his role with the firm’s Employment Department, Arnold counsels businesses on employment law compliance, workforce policies, and employment agreements. He has extensive experience handling disputes involving restrictive covenants, discrimination claims, and other sensitive employment issues.

Clients turn to Arnold not just for his courtroom skills, but for his ability to see the big picture — offering trusted, strategic advice that supports both immediate legal needs and long-term business goals.
