We have six administrative departments:

These departments are led by administrative chiefs who oversee more than 75 members of our support staff teams, are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm and ensuring that excellent service is provided to our clients.
We do not operate as a top-down management. We recognize that the voices of our administrative staff are some of the most valuable assets we have. Our employees are invited to complete surveys about firm culture, share feedback about ways that we can better ourselves, and have opportunities to participate on liaison committees.
