Seeking a Conflicts Attorney. All applicants must have a valid license to practice law in one of the states where our offices are located: NJ, NY, DE, MD, TX, FL, WASHINGTON D.C.
The Conflicts Attorney is responsible for conflicts clearance review and analysis for firm-wide legal hires and new business, working directly with attorneys and the firm’s General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel, to identify and resolve potential ethics and business conflict issues. Analyzes conflict reports, train and oversee the work of the Conflict Analysts. This position requires strong knowledge of the rules of professional responsibility and sound analysis of potential conflict issues. The attorneys and General Counsel rely upon the Conflicts Attorney’s information in making decisions about whether or not to accept new legal hires, clients and matters.
What You Will Do:
- Create a process and protocol for reviewing particular conflict reports and exercise independent judgment to identify potential conflict of interest issues with legal hires, new business and marketing initiatives. Conduct research to gather information and/or clarification on potential issues. Take the initiative to analyze and resolve conflicts independently and timely.
- Prepare communications to attorneys, clearly identifying all potential issues found in conflict reports. Assist attorneys in resolving conflict issues. Work directly with attorneys, as necessary, to assist and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Provide guidance to Conflicts staff relative to conflict research and analysis and corporate family tree research with the goal of ensuring accuracy and consistency in preparation and analysis of conflict reports. Assist in development and implementation of training programs for Conflict Analysts and attorneys.
- Assist attorneys and Legal Practice Assistants in understanding the firm’s conflicts and business intake policies and procedures.
- Assist attorneys with drafting engagement and waiver letters.
- Research appropriate jurisdictional conflict and/or ethical rules and/or opinions to assist in determining specific conflict resolution strategies.
- Request and maintain all necessary supporting documentation to resolve actual or potential conflict issues.
- Prepare and implement ethical walls.
- Assist in the customization, improvement and implementation of software for conflicts, business intake and ethical walls.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, developments and new technologies impacting the conflicts group.
Who You Are:
- JD degree required.
- 3+ years of experience with law firm conflicts and/or new business department preferred.
- Prior experience using automated conflicts and/or workflow system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer service skills and ability to interact effectively with a broad range of people in a professional manner.

Seeking a Billing Coordinator for our New Jersey Office.
Job Duties:
- Prepare and edit client invoices in accordance with firm policies and client guidelines.
- Proficient in E-billing procedures.
- Review and verify accuracy of billing data, ensuring all billable time and expenses are accounted for.
- Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff to resolve billing discrepancies and issues.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and payment status.
- Process write-offs following Firm policy.

Seeking an Enterprise Application Engineer to support and enhance the firm’s critical application ecosystem. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise systems.
We are specifically targeting candidates with strong SQL/query development, API integration, and automation capabilities, along with some experience with Azure enterprise applications, Windows Server administration, and modern workflow tools.
Responsibilities
- Administer, support, and optimize enterprise applications across finance, marketing, and practice management systems
- Design, develop, and support SQL queries, scripts, SSIS/SSRS reporting, and integrations to enable business operations and reporting
