Perri Hom is a member in the firm’s Environmental Department.

Experience

She has experience representing a wide variety of clients, ranging from major Fortune 500 companies to individual clients, in environmental matters, cost recovery actions, and regulatory compliance and enforcement matters.

Prior to joining Cole Schotz, Perri was an environmental associate at a prominent law firm in Morristown, New Jersey where she routinely handled complex issues concerning federal and state laws, including the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), New Jersey’s Spill Act, and New York’s hazardous substances laws and regulations. From 2016 to 2017, Perri served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John M. Deitch, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Union County, Criminal Division.

During law school, Perri interned for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 2 in its New York/Caribbean Superfund Branch and the N.Y.S. Department of Environmental Conservation, Region 2. She also participated in Pace’s Environmental Litigation Clinic where she represented public interest environmental groups in federal and state courts over violations pursuant to the National Gas Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, and the public trust doctrine. She also served as an Articles Editor of the Pace Environmental Law Review.
