Waste Not, Want Not: Completing the Sale of Pioneer Recycling Services, LLC to a Subsidiary of Waste Connections, Inc.

Cole Schotz represented Delos Capital, while in partnership with the Silverfern Group, on its sale of Pioneer Recycling Services, LLC to a subsidiary of Waste Connections, Inc. Based in Tacoma, WA, Pioneer is a full-service recycling company that offers processing services for the sorting of comingled residential and office recyclables, loose and baled as well as grade separated recyclables for customers throughout both Washington and Oregon states. The company’s recycling centers focus on providing reliable environmental services and solutions for commercial, industrial, municipal, and residential customers. This closing was a tremendous team effort that involved seamless coordination between our corporate, environmental, and tax teams.
