Cole Schotz Represents G4 Capital Partners in $22.75 Million Acquisition in D.C.

Cole Schotz represented G4 Capital Partners in connection with a $22.75 million acquisition and pre-development loan facility to One Street Commercial Properties on its acquisition of 3333 K Street NW, Washington, D.C. The property is currently a five-story office building that will be converted into a mixed-use property in the future. The site was formerly the headquarters of the congressionally created nonprofit Legal Services Corporation.
