Experience
Jennifer counsels individuals, families, and business owners in all areas of domestic and international tax and estate planning, developing creative and sophisticated strategies to preserve assets and transfer wealth. She has extensive experience in the preparation and administration of wills and trusts, life insurance planning, charitable giving, and advice regarding the succession planning of businesses and companies. Her practice also includes supporting clients involved in Surrogate’s Court proceedings during the administration of an estate.
Jennifer considers it a privilege to work closely with her clients. She is grateful for the confidence they place in her as she works alongside them to plan important personal, familial, and business milestones. Thought Leadership
Jennifer regularly participates in speaking engagements, presentations and seminars hosted by various legal and professional organizations including, New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA) and Hudson Valley Estate Planning Council. Additionally, she also works closely with business owner clients to bring educational presentations to their offices, presenting on topics of most interest to them.
EDUCATION
Jennifer earned her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law. While at Seton Hall, Jennifer served as Vice President of the Tax Law Society, and an Associate Editor of the Seton Hall Circuit Review. Jennifer graduated cum laude from Lafayette College.
Passions
Jennifer is passionate about traveling and seeing as much of the world as possible. To date, she has visited four continents and over thirty countries. Additionally, Jennifer enjoys skiing and has braved the mountains in the French Alps, Japan, the American West, and the icy trails of the Northeast. Jennifer also is active with the Women’s Golf Association of New Jersey.
