Cole Schotz represented Capezio, the 140-year-old internationally renowned dance apparel and footwear brand in the sale of its business to Argand Partners LP, a New York-based private equity firm. Together, Capezio leadership and Argand Partners will usher the iconic brand into its next era including plans for continued growth, new products and creative collaborations.
