Jennifer L. Horowitz is Co-Chair of the firm’s Corporate Department. Jennifer has a broad corporate, finance and securities practice representing clients in transactions as well as serving as their general counsel. Jennifer represents clients in business, corporate, mergers/acquisitions, governance, formation, franchise and securities matters and compliance. She represents clients in all aspects of structuring and effecting transactions, including securities issuances and offerings, finance and loan transactions, investments, strategic alliances, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions. Her clients include private and public companies, start-up and mature businesses, lenders, financial institutions and investors across a wide array of industries.
