Andrew Cole leads the firm’s Delaware corporate and commercial litigation practice.

Experience

Mr. Cole litigates primarily in the Delaware Court of Chancery, including both traditional intra-corporate disputes as well as commercial, contract and injunction litigation.  Mr. Cole’s litigation practice also includes commercial and creditors rights cases in the Superior Court for the State of Delaware, including its Complex Commercial Litigation Division, as well as all federal and state courts in Maryland and Florida.

Mr. Cole counsels businesses, business owners, and non-profit organizations regarding corporate governance, duties of directors and officers, and corporate transactions, including insider transactions.

Mr. Cole is an active member of US Sailing, serving as a Certified Judge since 1998.
