Jennifer Llano is a member of the firm’s Corporate Transactions Department and a trusted advisor to her clients, representing them in their transactions and serving as their general counsel. EXPERIENCE

Jennifer has a broad corporate practice spanning joint ventures, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and corporate restructurings. She represents clients in all aspects of structuring and executing their transactions, including capital raises, secondary sales, acquisitions and dispositions, shareholder buyouts, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations. Her clients include private and public companies, start-up and mature businesses, founders, family offices, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals across a range of industries.

As outside general counsel, Jennifer serves as the primary legal point of contact for a number of her clients across the full range of their business needs. They value her practical, business-minded judgment and the sense of urgency she brings to every engagement, anticipating issues before they surface, moving quickly and decisively, and remaining deeply invested in her clients’ outcomes.

A portion of Jennifer’s practice is dedicated to the entertainment industry, where she represents clients on advisory and endorsement arrangements, brand and partnership deals, and related transactional matters. Jennifer is bilingual in English and Spanish, which has been instrumental in serving clients across the United States and Latin America.
