Experience

Cristina concentrates her practice on commercial real estate finance transactions representing both lenders and borrowers on loan transactions in the New York Metro area and throughout the United States.

In addition, Cristina represents commercial entities in the acquisition, sale and leasing of real property, including the drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements and conveyance documents, as well as conducting survey and title review for all commercial property types.
