Associate Connor Mannion provides strategic counsel designed to mitigate risks, resolve disputes efficiently, and advance his clients’ broader business goals.
With a practical and results-driven approach, Connor guides clients through every stage of litigation, from pre-suit negotiations through trial and post-judgment enforcement. His practice focuses on real estate and commercial litigation, representing clients in complex disputes involving commercial properties, business interests, and contractual rights.
In the real estate arena, Connor represents landlords, commercial tenants, developers, and private lenders in a wide range of matters, including lease disputes, evictions, foreclosures, restructurings, and workouts. He works closely with clients to protect their investments and develop strategic solutions that align with their business objectives.
Connor also handles general commercial litigation matters, including disputes involving personal guarantees, shareholder and partnership conflicts, limited shareholder oppression claims, defamation matters, breach of contract actions, and restrictive covenant and non-compete enforcement.
Connor earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University, and his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, where he graduated cum laude and was a Merit Scholarship Award recipient. At Rutgers Law, Connor interned for Justice Barry Albin of the New Jersey Supreme Court and was the Associate Managing Editor of the Rutgers University Law Review. Connor also served as the President of the Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Society and was the Treasurer of the Student Bar Association.
