A securities litigator by training, Brandon is a creative and aggressive advocate who approaches each matter with a commercial focus and pragmatic, bespoke solutions.
Brandon represents clients in high-profile litigations including securities actions; creditors’ rights, asset recovery, and fraudulent transfer matters; business fraud; and other sophisticated commercial disputes. Brandon has extensive experience successfully managing and resolving matters for private equity, hedge fund, and institutional investor clients. Brandon regularly handles matters in federal courts nationwide, as well as the Delaware Court of Chancery, New York’s Commercial Division, and New Jersey trial and appellate courts. Brandon is adept at managing all aspects of litigation, including generating case strategy, prosecuting and defending dispositive motions, managing sensitive discovery issues – including eDiscovery – and preparing clients for trial. In addition, Brandon counsels clients through federal and state regulatory investigations.
After graduating law school, Brandon served as a law clerk to the Hon. Stanley R. Chesler in the New Jersey federal district court. Prior to his career in law, Brandon was a stage manager and assistant director with World Wrestling Entertainment and part of the team responsible for WWE’s live weekly programming.

Brandon received his JD from Seton Hall University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Broadcast Journalism from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
Brandon graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall Law, where he was an editor of the Seton Hall Law Review, a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board, and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
