Cole Schotz Advises Booth Street in $60.5 Million Morris Plains Shopping Center Acquisition
Cole Schotz represented Booth Street in connection with a $60.5 million joint venture with PCCP to acquire the “Briarcliff Commons” shopping center in Morris Plains, New Jersey from Urban Edge Properties. Located at 1711 State Road 10 East, Morris Plains, New Jersey, the property contains over 180,000 square feet of retail space. In connection with the acquisition, the joint venture also assumed the existing $30 million conduit loan from LNR Partners, LLC secured by the property.
