Marian is an associate in the firm’s Tax, Trusts & Estates Department and focuses her practice in the areas of tax and estate planning.  Marian earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2015 where she was Articles Editor on the Seton Hall Law Review and Student Bar Association Senator.

Before coming to Cole Schotz, Marian worked at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP as the recipient of the Justice Clifford Fellowship, offered by the Morris County Bar Association each year to one Seton Hall Law student.

Marian graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers Honors College in 2011 where she received the Emerging Leader Award for her work with diversity organizations and the Madison Bates Award for the highest GPA in the English Department. As a candidate for a Master of Arts in Literature, she received the Scholar’s Award and Scholarly Promise Award for her graduate work.

Marian remains active in the Egyptian community as a board member of the Coptic Legal Society and is fluent in Arabic.
