Allison handles estate planning including complex gift and trust planning, estate and trust administration and estate and trust litigation matters.

Experience

Based in the New Jersey office, Allison has been with Cole Schotz since 2021 when she first joined as a summer associate. Prior to her legal career, Allison worked as a paralegal for law firms in South Carolina, New York and New Jersey.

Education

With a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from Lehigh University and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, Allison excelled in her academic studies. During law school, she was the Managing Editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter and was a legal research and writing teaching assistant for Professor Emily Kline. Allison has also volunteered as a pro bono student attorney for the New York City Bar Justice Center’s Planning and Estates Law Project.
