EXPERIENCE

She is an estates and trusts litigation and planning attorney who handles all aspects of New York and New Jersey estates and trusts matters including high net-worth and highly complex will contests and estate lawsuits.

Prior to becoming an attorney, she studied at Seton Hall University School of Law where she was an Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review. She earned her B.A., summa cum laude, from Rutgers University Honors College.

Marian is a member of the New York and New Jersey State Bar Associations. New York Metro Super Lawyers has recognized Marian as a “Rising Star” in 2020.
