Cole Schotz represented 60 Guiders, LLC in connection with a joint venture with Sentry Realty LLC to acquire a mixed-use building located at 1441 Broadway in Manhattan. The building includes roughly 550,000 rentable square feet of office and retail space.
Cole Schotz advised on the acquisition and related joint venture and financing of the property. The transaction required seamless coordination of the various components of the transaction.
