Joseph M. Landolfi, Jr. is a South Florida-based corporate and trusts and estates attorney with more than 25 years of experience advising high net worth individuals, families, and business owners on sophisticated estate planning, asset protection, and tax strategies.
Joseph counsels high net worth individuals and families in connection with complex estate planning, wealth preservation, and succession planning matters. His practice focuses on implementing sophisticated strategies designed to preserve generational wealth, minimize estate, gift, and income tax exposure, and protect personal and business assets from creditor claims.
Joseph regularly prepares and advises clients regarding wills, revocable trusts, life insurance trusts, gift trusts, advanced directives, charitable planning vehicles, private foundations, estate freeze transactions, and deferred and split-interest gifting arrangements. He also assists clients with probate and trust administration matters.
Joseph has extensive experience designing and implementing domestic and international asset protection structures for individuals, families, and business owners. His work includes the formation and restructuring of corporate entities, domestic and foreign trust planning, equity stripping arrangements, private annuities, and strategic utilization of Florida statutory creditor exemptions.
