He is recognized for his first-chair trial experience across Delaware’s most sophisticated forums including Delaware’s Court of Chancery, Superior Court Complex Commercial Litigation Division, the Delaware District Court and Bankruptcy Court, and proceedings before the American Arbitration Association.

- Lead counsel to international architectural firm in copyright infringement litigation and arbitration against Pinterest, Inc.
- Co-counsel to 50% LLC member in Court of Chancery control dispute, achieving post-trial award in favor of client.
- Lead counsel for national company in Superior Court CCLD action against Delaware Department of Finance.
- Lead trial counsel to national company in contract dispute against national real estate firm, achieving post-trial award in favor of client.
- Co-counsel to acquired company in Court of Chancery litigation for rescission of merger against Snap, Inc.
- Co-counsel to plaintiff in toxic tort litigation in Superior Court CCLD relating to hair-relaxer products liability.
