Experience

David advises businesses and ultra-high-worth individuals on federal and state tax matters, including personal income tax, corporate tax, sales & use tax, and credits and incentives. David also has extensive experience representing prominent clients in high-stakes tax litigation across the nation.

David began his career at Deloitte and subsequently worked for two international law firms in New York.

David authored over twenty tax articles in publications such as NJCPA, Law360, and New York University’s Institute on State and Local Taxation.
