Cole Schotz represented client One Grove Property LLC, as borrower, in connection with an $81 million loan provided by Societe Generale Financial Corporation to refinance the property located at 215 Grove Street, Jersey City, NJ. The mixed-used property comprises approximately 200 rental and hotel units and one-commercial unit.
