David’s Bridal Seeks Post-Sale Dismissal Of Ch. 11 Case
Bankrupt formal wear retailer David’s Bridal asked a New Jersey judge to dismiss its Chapter 11 case late Tuesday, saying that after closing a going-concern sale for its business last month there are no assets left to distribute to creditors.
