Cole Schotz Advises Dino & Sons in $36M Acquisition of North Carolina Shopping Center

Cole Schotz P.C. represented property management company Dino & Sons Realty Corp. in connection with the $36 million acquisition of Marketfair Mall in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The 219,600 square foot open-air shopping center is located at 1916 Skibo Road. The firm also assisted with the $20 million financing provided by Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A.
