STARS is a team of women attorneys and allies banded together to promote the development and success of our attorneys, equipping them with the opportunities and resources they need to achieve their professional goals.

We provide opportunities for skills development, networking, empowerment, leadership, work-life balance, recruitment, retention, mentoring, and community service. We are determined to meet the unique needs of our women attorneys as they grow and develop within the profession. We host a variety of programming and events open to all attorneys,  including panel presentations, roundtable discussions, informal mentoring, social events and networking opportunities with clients and other professionals. Our offerings aim to foster business development opportunities, while promoting and connecting attorneys.

We recognize that we perform best as a team when everyone has the tools they need to best execute on their talents.
