Arjun Padmanabhan is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Intellectual Property Departments. He primarily focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation.
Arjun earned his law degree from the Texas A&M University School of Law. During his law school tenure, Arjun focused on intellectual property and international law, while also competing in moot court advocacy competitions at the national level. As a member of the Texas A&M Patent Clinic, Arjun assisted indigent clients in filing patent applications, while developing intellectual property litigation experience as an intern at several litigation boutiques in Fort Worth. He also served as Articles Editor on the Texas A&M Law Review. While on the Law Review, he published three widely-reviewed articles that analyzed the global COVID-19 vaccine race through the lens of intellectual property and international trade law. His articles can be found in the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law Bulletin, Texas Intellectual Property Journal, and the Penn State Journal of Law and International Affairs. He also interned for the Honorable Judges Karen Gren Scholer and Jane J. Boyle in the Northern District of Texas.
Prior to law school, Arjun earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami.
