Andreas is an associate in the firm’s Tax, Trust & Estates Department.

Experience

He has developed expertise in a wide variety of tax planning and structuring matters, including foreign individuals’ efficient ownership of U.S. business assets and real estate investments, U.S. individuals’ ownership and reporting of foreign assets and investments, including Subpart F and GILTI provisions, and corporate tax-free reorganizations.

Andreas began his career at the Washington, D.C. national office of a Big-4 accounting firm and thereafter served as tax counsel to a U.S. media company. More recently, he practiced at a NYC boutique tax planning law firm.

Andreas earned his Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and his B.A. from Harvard College.

In addition to English, Andreas is fluent in Greek, French, and Mandarin Chinese. In his free time he enjoys hiking, cycling, swimming, and learning new languages.
