Corporate Attorney Jennifer Llano Joins Cole Schotz in Miami

Cole Schotz P.C. is pleased to announce the arrival of Jennifer Llano as a member in the firm’s Corporate Transactions Department in the firm’s Miami office. Ms. Llano is the second significant addition to the Miami office in recent weeks, following the addition of Megan Ferris earlier this month.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Jenny to our growing team of talented lawyers in Miami,” said member Luis Salazar, who launched the firm’s Miami office last June. “Her expertise working with clients in Florida, as well as across the U.S. and Latin America, will be a great addition.”

Ms. Llano advises clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and entertainment and talent matters. She represents entrepreneurs, family offices, founders and high-profile individuals across a variety of industries, including fashion, media, consumer goods and entertainment.

Ms. Llano earned her B.A. in English from Florida International University and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. She is a native speaker of English and Spanish.
