Our team guided Sentinel through the assumption of the property’s existing financing and a comprehensive diligence process, involving review of both condominium and master association structures. The transaction team also coordinated with local counsel in connection with a right of first refusal process, as well as careful navigation of residential lease and affordable housing components.
