Prior to joining Cole Schotz, Jasleen was an associate in the Corporate and Finance Department at a boutique corporate law firm where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, and outside general counsel services across various industry sectors. Prior to that, Jasleen was an attorney at the global investment firm, KKR & Co., Inc., where she primarily focused on legal and compliance matters in the capital markets space.
Jasleen earned her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and her B.A. from CUNY Queens College.
