Catherine Costagliola is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.

Experience

Catherine represents clients in various complex civil litigation matters in both New Jersey State and Federal court, including shareholder disputes, trusts and estates litigation, commercial real estate matters, and employment disputes. Catherine also represents businesses and brands seeking to protect their intellectual property rights before various administrative bodies.

Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Catherine graduated summa cum laude with both her J.D. and her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy from Pace University, as part of the University’s accelerated combined B.A. and J.D. program.

During law school, Catherine participated in the Federal Judicial Honors Program, was a Merit Scholarship Award recipient, and served as a Representative for the Student Bar Association and Women’s Association of Law Students.

Catherine also interned at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office, and the Richmond County Supreme Court. Catherine spent her last semester of law school interning full time at Newman Ferrara LLP, where she worked on various civil rights matters under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, the New York City Human Rights Laws, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Catherine was a Summer Associate at Cole Schotz in 2022, and now serves on the Associate Liaison Committee.
