CLE By the Sea

James Lewis will be speaking at the Cape May County Bar Association’s event “CLE By the Sea” on October 13th, 2023.

James will be speaking on the “Implicit Bias and Combating Microaggressions 101” panel.

This program is intended to be a primer to assist professionals in unpacking how implicit biases may impact their lives, the lives of their clients, and the lives of their colleagues.  The program will provide tools for self-assessment in how we can best interact in a manner that reflects the ethos of the profession as well as provide examples in best practices in cultural competency.
