- Owner/Operator of self-storage properties in the United States in connection with:
- $479 million mortgage financing covering 40 self-storage properties across 13 states;
- $122 million mortgage financing covering 12 self-storage properties across 9 states; and
- $470 million mortgage and $120 million mezzanine financing covering 45 self-storage properties across 15 states.
- Owner/Operator with the acquisition of, and $31.5 million mortgage financing covering, 2 self-storage properties in Alberta and British Columbia, Canada
- Owner/Operator with the disposition (with seller financing) of a flagged hotel in Long Island, New York for $20 million.
- A private fund with two contributions of real property valued at $215 million (16 property portfolio in New York) and $217 million (16 property portfolio across 9 states) in exchange for limited partnership interests.
- A construction lender with a $70 million mortgage loan, $23 million senior mezzanine loan and $15 million junior mezzanine loan for the construction of a mixed-use project (primarily condominium) in New York City, New York.
- A private debt fund, in several transactions, including:
- Formation of Fund I, with a target raise of $30 million, and of Fund II, with a target raise of $75 million; and
- $12 million bridge loan covering 34 single family residences across 5 states.
- A lender, in several transactions, including:
- $21.5 million bridge loan for the build-out of two commercial condominium units (80,000 NRSF) plus a 293 space parking garage in Queens, New York.
- $30 million mortgage financing for the acquisition of 46 mixed-use properties across 12 states.
