Cole Schotz represented Procida Funding and Advisors in connection with a $115.2 million mortgage loan and a $24.7 million mezzanine loan from affiliates of Madison Realty Capital (as mortgage lender) and Pearlmark (as mezzanine lender) for a recently constructed 55+ community consisting of 507 rental units known as The Plaza Grande at Garden State Park, located at 400-1900 Garden Park Boulevard, Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The property was previously acquired by Procida through a UCC foreclosure in 2023, also handled by Cole Schotz.
