Cynthia has extensive experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of healthcare and commercial agreements, including employment agreements, management services agreements, purchase and sale agreements, operating agreements, payor contracts, and technology and vendor agreements. She also counsels physicians and hospitals on strategic affiliations and other collaborative arrangements.
