Cole Schotz successfully represented Major League Baseball (MLB) in connection with the relocation of its MLB Network and production facility from Secaucus, NJ, to Elmwood Park, NJ. The Cole Schotz team provided critical legal guidance on all zoning-related matters and entitlements to facilitate MLB’s transition to its new state-of-the-art facility. Working closely with the Borough of Elmwood Park’s Mayor, the zoning board, and local officials, the deal team helped navigate the complex regulatory landscape to ensure a seamless approval process.
