Rite Aid Union Denied Contact Info On Ch. 11 Sale Bidders
A New Jersey bankruptcy judge Thursday denied the Service Employees International Union’s claim it is entitled to information on how to contact potential buyers of the Rite Aid locations where its members work, saying that’s not a part of its contract with the bankrupt drugstore chain.
Rite Aid is represented by Michael D. Sirota, Warren A. Usatine, Felice R. Yudkin and Seth Van Aalten.
