Judge Won’t Undo $240M Bed Bath & Beyond Ch. 11 Loan
A New Jersey bankruptcy judge rejected Wednesday a request to revoke Bed Bath & Beyond’s $240 million in Chapter 11 financing, saying it would be unfair to undo the loan based on information company officials could not have known when they asked for the loan.
