Cole Schotz Welcomes Litigator James Green, Jr. in Delaware

James Green joined Cole Schotz as a member in its litigation department in Delaware, the firm announced Monday.

Green represents Delaware businesses and corporations, shareholders, creditors, individuals, and fiduciaries in complex commercial, bankruptcy, intellectual property, and construction litigation. He has first-chair trial experience in Delaware’s Court of Chancery and Superior Court Complex Commercial Litigation Division, the Delaware District Court and Bankruptcy Court, and the American Arbitration Association, the firm said.

He joins from Seitz, Van Ogtrop & Green.
