New Delaware Chapter 11 Filing – UCI International et al.
UCI International, Inc. and twelve of its affiliates have filed chapter 11 petitions before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 16-11354). The cases will be administered by the Honorable Mary F. Walrath. The debtors, based in Lake Forest, Illinois, are among North America’s largest and most diversified companies servicing the vehicle replacement parts market, providing products to the automotive, trucking, marine, mining, construction, agricultural and industrial vehicle markets. The petitions (including the consolidated list of top 30 creditors), first day declaration and docket are available through Garden City Group. The debtors have released a press release regarding their reorganization.
