Nicholas J. Brannick is an associate in the firm's Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring and Litigation Departments. Nick focuses his practice on general litigation and corporate disputes and corporate restructuring matters, including representing debtors, creditors committees and parties in adversary proceedings. Nick has worked with clients in several industries, including agriculture, aviation, retail, software and commercial real estate. He has also represented first lien lenders, liquidating agents and WARN Act defendants in bankruptcy cases as well as Chapter 7 trustees.
