New Delaware Chapter 11 Filing – SDI Solutions LLC
SDI Solutions LLC and SDI Opco Holdings, LLC, privately-held entities which provide advanced security systems integration and managed services, have filed chapter 11 petitions before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 16-10627). The cases have been assigned to the Honorable Christopher S. Sontchi. The debtors have filed a motion seeking authority to sell their assets to their senior secured lender through a credit bid under a proposed stalking horse asset purchase agreement. The petition (including the consolidated list of top 20 creditors), the first day declaration and the docket are available through Donlin Recano.
