New Chapter 11 Filing – S Lot Partners, LLC

On August 31, 2020, S Lot Partners, LLC filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The Debtor reports less than $50,000 in assets, $100,001 to $500,000 in liabilities, and less than 49 creditors. The Debtor estimates that after administrative expenses are paid, no funds will be available to unsecured creditors.
