Cole Schotz Attorneys Recognized in 2025 Delaware Super Lawyers and Rising Stars List

Cole Schotz P.C. is pleased to announce that Norman L. Pernick and G. David Dean have been recognized on the 2025 Delaware Super Lawyers list for excellence in their field. In addition, Nathaniel J. Klepser was named to the Delaware “Rising Stars ” list.

Member Norman Pernick is featured on the Top 10 List, an honor bestowed upon an elite selection of the state’s most distinguished attorneys. Mr. Pernick is co-chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Department, the founding managing member of the Delaware office, and a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. Mr. Pernick has been recognized by Delaware Super Lawyers for 19 consecutive years.

G. David Dean currently serves as head of the firm’s Delaware Office, deputy co-chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Department, and is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. Mr. Dean has been recognized as a Delaware Super Lawyer for three consecutive years.

Nathaniel Klepser is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, with a focus on business, corporate and complex disputes. This is Mr. Klepser’s inaugural inclusion on the Delaware Rising Stars list.
