Marta J. Paczkowska is an associate in the firm’s Tax, Trusts & Estates Department.

Marta earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from The College of New Jersey, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa, and her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, where she was a Merit Scholarship Award recipient. During law school, Marta served on the Editorial Board of the Rutgers University Law Review and was a research assistant for Vice Dean Rose Cuison-Villazor and Professor Louis Raveson.

Marta also worked as a pro bono student attorney in the Rutgers Law School Civil Justice Clinic, as an intern at the American Friends Service Committee – Immigrant Rights Program, and as a summer associate at Cole Schotz P.C., as well as another large New Jersey law firm. Prior to attending law school, Marta worked as a paralegal for an immigration law firm in New York, NY.
