EXPERIENCE
Jack’s bankruptcy practice includes the representation of debtors in possession, official committees of unsecured creditors, trustees, and other interested parties in chapter 11 proceedings. In addition, Jack regularly represents clients in corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Jack received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law and his B.B.A. from Emory University Goizueta Business School. While in law school, he served as Executive Managing Editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal.
