Cole Schotz Hires Ferris as Tax, Trusts, Estates Special Counsel
Megan Ferris joined Cole Schotz as special counsel in its tax, trusts, and estates department in Miami, the firm announced Monday.
Ferris advises high-net-worth individuals, global families, and multinational businesses, helping clients navigate complex US and international tax challenges from voluntary disclosures and tax controversy matters to pre-immigration and expatriation planning, cross-border structuring, and corporate transactions.
She also advises corporations and partnerships through every stage of the business life cycle, from structuring and formation to financing, restructuring, and wind-down and exit strategies, the firm said.
