Cole Schotz P.C. announced the arrival of James Green, Jr. as a member of the firm’s Litigation Department in Delaware. Mr. Green brings over 20 years of experience representing Delaware businesses and corporations, shareholders, creditors, individuals, and fiduciaries in complex commercial, bankruptcy, intellectual property, and construction litigation. He has first-chair trial experience in Delaware’s Court of Chancery and Superior Court Complex Commercial Litigation Division, the Delaware District Court and Bankruptcy Court, and the American Arbitration Association.
