Nicholas Pollera is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Transactions Department and is based in the New York office.
EXPERIENCE
Nick’s practice involves representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, financing and loan transactions, corporate governance, and formation/organization matters. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Nick was an account manager at AT&T Business Services, where he worked with clients on complex networking and telecom technologies. There, he advised clients through business challenges and developed the client-first mentality that he brings to his current role.

Some of Nick’s representations include:
- Represented Capezio in the sale of its business to Argand Partners LP.
- Represented The Bridge in the sale of its business to North Highland Company LLC.
- Represented Podean in the sale of its business to Mountaingate Capital.
- Represented B. Riley Financial, Inc. in the divestiture of its advisory services business to a private equity buyer.
- Represented a media and publication company in both the asset sale of one of its publications and the equity sale of its business to another publisher.
- Represented an insurance adjusting firm in the sale of its business to a private equity buyer.
- Represented multiple clients in strategic acquisitions.
- Represented a visual effects company in an out-of-court restructuring.
- Represented multiple clients in obtaining credit facilities.
- Advised multiple clients in entity formation and governance matters.
EDUCATION
Nick earned his B.A. in Political Science from Gettysburg College and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. During law school, served as a Comments Editor on the Seton Hall Law Review, was a member of and teaching assistant for the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board, a member of the Jessup International Moot Court Team, and president of the Corporate Law Society. Nick also worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Frank J. DeAngelis in the Superior Court of New Jersey, and was a Summer Associate with Cole Schotz in 2023.
